Which coaching option fits where you are?
Every option below starts the same way: a complimentary, no-obligation consultation. Each is explained in full — who it fits, what we'd focus on, and what coaching deliberately leaves to the professionals who own it.
Just beginning — or still deciding
Clarity Package
Divorce underway or clearly coming
Steady Ground
The full arc, start to rebuild
Forward Path
Depth, privacy, high stakes
The Composed Path
A quick word on boundaries: coaching complements your professional team — it never replaces them. It does not include legal representation or advice, therapy or mental-health care, financial or tax advice, or mediation. What it does include is a private, structured, forward-focused space to prepare for all of it.
Complimentary Consultation
Not sure where to start? Let's have a no-obligation conversation about where you are and how coaching might help. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your next step — nothing to decide on the call.
Clarity Package
You're at the very beginning — still weighing whether divorce is the path, or certain it's coming and unsure what to handle first.
The Moment It Supports
Questions are piling up faster than answers, and it's hard to think straight about what to do next. You want direction before decisions start making themselves.
What We May Work On
- Sorting what's actually yours to decide — and what isn't
- Getting clear on what matters most before anything is settled
- Organizing the practical first steps: documents, priorities, people to consult
- Preparing for the first hard conversations — with an attorney, or with your spouse
- Building a short, doable action plan for the weeks ahead
What You Can Expect
- Three client-led weekly 60-minute sessions, each ending with a clear next step
- An action plan shaped by you, not handed to you
- A progress reflection at closeout, so the series ends with direction — not a cliff edge
- $400 per session equivalent · one-time payment
Not included: A recommendation on whether to stay or leave — that decision stays yours, with clearer thinking around it. Like all coaching, this is not legal, therapeutic, or financial advice.
Steady Ground
Divorce is underway or clearly coming, and you want steady, consistent support through the busiest, most demanding stretch.
The Moment It Supports
Proceedings, logistics, and emotions all demand attention at once — and decisions keep arriving on other people's timelines, not yours.
What We May Work On
- Staying grounded through difficult conversations — with your spouse, your children, or your professionals
- Prioritizing when everything feels urgent
- Clear, calm communication that lowers the temperature
- Preparing for meetings and appointments so you use your attorney's time (and fees) well
- Managing the emotional spikes the process inevitably brings
What You Can Expect
- Six client-led weekly 60-minute sessions
- Curated resources matched to what you're actually facing
- An action plan that adapts as circumstances change
- A progress reflection at package closeout
Not included: Legal strategy, therapy, or financial advice — I help you prepare for those conversations and work well with the professionals who own them. $325 per session equivalent · one-time payment.
Forward Path
You want one consistent partnership across the whole arc — from early decisions, through settlement, and into rebuilding what's next.
The Moment It Supports
A long road ahead: proceedings, parenting, and a life to rebuild all at once. You want structure and steady accountability so nothing important gets neglected.
What We May Work On
- Decision-making frameworks for the choices that shape the next decade
- Preparing for conversations with attorneys, mediators, and other professionals
- Co-parenting through transition — routines, handovers, hard moments
- Rebuilding identity, confidence, and daily rhythms as the process unfolds
- Planning the next chapter deliberately, not by default
What You Can Expect
- Twelve client-led weekly 60-minute sessions
- Real-time text support, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed
- 3 complimentary 15-minute check-in calls as needed
- Comprehensive resource materials
- A progress reflection at package closeout
Not included: Attending proceedings, negotiating settlements, or advising on law, tax, or investments — I keep you organized, prepared, and steady while your professionals do their work. $292 per session equivalent · or two payments of $1,750 (second before Week 6 begins).

The Composed Path
You want depth, discretion, and a coach's full presence — especially if the stakes feel high, privacy matters, or you're committed to a composed, lower-conflict way through.
The Moment It Supports
Any stage — contemplating, mid-proceedings, or well into rebuilding — where moving through divorce in survival mode is no longer acceptable to you.
What We May Work On
- Preparing for important conversations and working confidently with your professional team
- Co-parenting dynamics, communication, and conflict de-escalation
- Crisis points, emotional steadiness, grief, anxiety, boundaries, and self-worth
- Identity exploration and reconnecting with yourself
- Life rebuild: career confidence, dating readiness, new relationships, and new traditions
What You Can Expect
- Private client-led sessions at your pace — you set the focus and direction
- Real-time text support, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed
- 6 complimentary 15-minute check-in calls
- Comprehensive resource materials
- Progress reflection and next-step clarity at program close
- Intentionally limited to a small number of private clients at any one time
Not included: Legal representation, therapy, financial or tax advice — I work alongside your professional team, never in place of it. Pay in full, or spread across 6 monthly payments of $1,600 (total $9,600), with the final installment due before your last session begins. Full details are shared during your discovery call.
What to know: Sessions are 60 minutes and fully remote (phone or video). Your coaching is completely confidential, private, and judgment-free. Sessions may not be audio recorded by either the coach or client.
Private pay only — no insurance required. Prices subject to change.
